Marketing Notes, Week Ending 11/9
Highlights from Elite Growth-Minded FAs and Firms
TL;DR
Advisors and Firms that are communicating consistently, especially during market uncertainty, build more trust and better long-term client relationships.
Multi-channel content works best when it’s intentional and paired with simple calls to action.
Lead flow is increasing for the high performers, which means their next challenge is scaling service and capacity.
The high performing advisors are also staying active exploring their options as they look for more control and alignment.
Above all, authenticity and steady presence remain the real differentiators for those that are capturing marketing share today.
Marketing notes from the week:
Consistency Will Create Trust
Advisors are talking seriously about how they’ll continue showing up regardless of future market conditions, not reacting after the fact (scramble mode).
Fear & Greed Index; Good, bad, or indifferent, those who till the soil and plant the seeds are building real long-term credibility.
Multi-Channel Engagement Works, But it Must Be Focused AND Consistent
Staying active on the relevant platforms, with on-topic messages and consistency will deepen connections. Advisors who are continuously pairing multi-channel content are seeing the strongest lift.
One advisor is currently generating significant inbound activity through video, which led to discussions around scaling service capacity. As lead flow increases, the next lever is operational support, whether that’s hiring, restructuring planning workflows, or tightening future client qualifications.
Advisor Movement Continues to Pique Interest
Breakaway conversations are active, especially among those seeking more control over client experience, marketing, and brand identity. The differentiator seems to be platform fit, personalization, and culture. Advisors are eager to continue building it the way that best suits them, their clients, and their future vision.
Human Connection Still Matters Most
Across every discussion, one point came up repeatedly: tools, templates, and platforms, but personality, clarity, and presence are what make marketing resonate. Clients want someone they can rely on, who communicates with confidence and steadiness. Authenticity is still the competitive edge.
I hope you all have a great week.
